30-45 days is not enough time to decide if you like a tempurpedic mattress. You have never let us down in 20+ yrs of furnishing our home. You haven't now, I just played the TX/AL game & won. I should have thought... A mattress is a special purchase; no returns/exchanges not a good place to be in when trying out a Temp. mattress. We both hate it. After cancer & with diabetes, the temp. mattress is entirely to hard & hot for me. I will learn to live with it though as we are stuck with it for a while. However, had I given it more thought, we would have bought it online even at the full $4999 (Allura). We didn't want money back, just an exchange for a regular mattress. It was our fault, not yours. We will continue shopping with you Mac for a long time to come. Maybe just not for mattresses and I will recommend to people they do the online 90 day trial.
