Jerald J. of Houston came into Gallery Furniture after a bad experience with Bel Furniture - turns out that Jerald purchased a couple of twin mattress sets for his children the Friday after Thanksgiving and when he went around to pick it up, the folks at Bel told Jerald that they - surprise - didn't have his mattresses.

So, Jerald decided to take the Bel backorder slip and wait.  And wait Jerald did.  A week passed, then two.  Now, three weeks later, Jerald decided it was time to head over to the one place that he knew he would be able to buy it today and get it TODAY - and that place is Gallery Furniture of Houston.  Jerald got with salesperson Robert, who then took Jerald to visit with mattress expert Brandon Jackson - and together, Robert and Brandon got Jerald exactly what he needed and, of course, were able to have it delivered TODAY.
