Denise H. from Tomball, Texas experienced the efficiency of the Gallery Furniture team. She came to Gallery Furniture in search of a bedroom set. She spoke to Walter Smith, one of our fine sales associates, who was able to pinpoint furniture most capable of fitting Denise’s needs. After she selected her beautiful pine loft, she spoke to our cashier Myra, who Denise found exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Denise, a returning customer, saw some of our television commercials and was compelled to visit us at 6006 North Fwy. She made her purchase with no hassle. When she received her furniture, everything was received in the condition promised, but unfortunately there was a small problem. Denise accidentally ordered the wrong mattress for her bed frame. She could have worried, could have gotten upset, but Denise purchased a mattress from the only furniture store that excels in customer service. Concerned, Denise called the store and spoke to Kim, one of our customer service representatives. Kim almost effortlessly exchanged the incorrect mattress, and arranged for Denise to get her new mattress quickly. Denise then spoke to Isaac, our delivery associate, who dispatched the delivery. Denise got her new mattress without any aggravation – sometimes these small mistakes happen. Here at Gallery Furniture, we understand that.
Aggie Intern Evan spoke on the phone with Denise, who was delighted with her new mattress. After a brief conversation, Evan discovered Denise is a proud Aggie Mom! Like many Houstonians, she has a whole family that Bleeds Maroon. So from all of the Ags at Gallery Furniture, “Thanks and Gig’em Denise!”
