Nancy S. of Houston called Gallery Furniture this Saturday, and Service Department Professional Mike Kelly answered the phone! When Ms. Nancy S. had to tell her testimonial for the blog, we got her in touch with the Marketing and Internet team who took down her amazing Houston Tempur-Pedic Gallery Furniture experience:
"I have been shopping with Mack since he first started - a small tent on the side of the road, goodness, something like 20 years ago. It was a long time. In fact, all of my furniture - my entire home - is all Gallery Furniture. I don't buy furniture anywhere else.
I came in last night, doing some shopping with my family, looking around, and saw this really neat looking Hästens bed - the round one on display in the mattress department. Since I was a little girl, I always loved a round bed. That's when I saw Billy - now I have worked with Billy before. He helped me out to get some beds for my son in San Antonio when we had to get some beds delivered for him and his children and Billy helped arrange the whole thing. So when I asked Billy about the Hästens, we got to talking about different types of beds.
I sat on some, then layed down on a bed. That was wonderful. As a matter of fact, the whole time I was just talking and talking with Billy and I began to realize that my body felt great, better than it had in a long time. I asked Billy which bed this was, he told me it was a Tempur-Pedic. We chatted more as I laid on the bed. I have a condition called fibromyalgia, which is why I had to retire after 30 years of operating room work with Methodist - the pain can be unbearable. Often when I sleep or lay down, my legs will lose sensation and I can't move or feel them well. Not with the bed I was laying on.
I bought the Tempur-Pedic around 9:15. Gallery Furniture had it in my home and set up in about 30 minutes, so I was ready for bed by about 10:00 p.m. - and to my delight, when I woke up, I saw it was 6:00 a.m. Not midnight, not 3:00 a.m. - it was 6:00 a.m.! I had not slept that well in years - not only that, but I never woke up in the night, I never woke crying with pain, I never lost sensation in my legs. I was able to not be like a cold engine taking time to warm up - my Tempur-Pedic allowed me to get moving quickly. I can't thank Billy enough - and I can't thank Mack enough.
You see, the twelve defined pressure points on the body affected by fibromyalgia can cause serious night discomfort when someone sleeps. That was the case for my body - I would at times wake up in terror from pain. Not last night, not with this wonderful Tempur-Pedic bed. There was no trying to fall asleep three to four times last night, it was heavenly. It felt heavenly.
I have recommended many friends to Gallery Furniture over the years, and when I had a friend of mine drop by the house this morning, I got her to lay down on the Tempur-Pedic. Her first words were: "Nancy, this is the bed I have dreamed of!" and I told her "well, girl, you need to get on over to Gallery Furniture!" I told her about Billy and how great I slept last night.
Mack has done so many wonderful things for our community over the years, and I have often heard him talk about the benefits of a great night's sleep and a Tempur-Pedic. I am shocked I waited so long to try a Tempur-Pedic. I am glad I finally did, and I am glad Billy was the same person that helped me.

Hello Mr. Mack My name is Sandy Castiilo Im 24 years old I have 5 children three girls and two boys a 7 yearld old twins that are 6 4 year old and a almost 2 year we are so bleesed to have a home but we have 2 twin bed rooms in our kids room that they share between four kids but there all messed up and old I just put blankets on tha floor for them to sleep.I have a bed which sits on the floor and everytime I get up my back hurts alot its not comfortable at all .
And they have a dresser it doesnt even have drawers we have a refrigerator that doesnt work our food is always going to waste. We didnt have couches when we moved in they were left there and thats what were using. My husband built us a dining room table but it wiggles . Our tv doesnt have any color please help me and my family matrress mack we would be so blessed. And now that i dont have any kind of incomecoming in we dont even have christmas gifts to give our 5 kids which are three girls and two boys. And if you will please help us with that we would just be so happy that will be the best thing we could ever have. We will be so greatful that we will be able to live comfortable. 832 881 6136
