Gallery Furniture did not know what was coming when Bessie M. came to the store. She was on a mission and was not going to let anyone stop her. Her daughter and granddaughter came here with her and had a surprise in store for Bessie.
Bessie has shopped at Gallery Furniture in Houston many times and so has a lot of her family members. She is actually replacing a chair that one of her family members bought her many years ago. Well, while Bessie was looking through the newspaper at home she saw a great ad for a sale on Recliners at Gallery Furniture in Houston. She called her daughter and asked her to bring her to Gallery Furniture and would not let go of that newspaper ad. It was her goal and she said she would have pulled her pistol out if someone took it away from her! When she arrived at Gallery Furniture with her family, out salesman Fabian greeted her with a smile that just made her day. She said that when you can walk in a store and someone can make you feel happy with just a smile it means something.

In no time she found the a nice big recliner that was so soft she did not want to get up. Bessie jokingly told Fabian if he let someone get her chair he would regret it! To top off her fun day at Gallery Furniture, her daughter surprised her by paying for the chair as a gift. Bessie thought she was paying for it the whole time. She said it was a blessing to her that she got a great chair and great service all in one day! Now she can sit in comfort and always think of Gallery Furniture where she had a great service and the nice smile she received from Fabian!
