John and his family have always been loyal customers to Houston's number one furniture store, Gallery Furniture. This morning, John looked online at www.galleryfurniture.com and found two nice and big Toshiba televisions, a 52" and a 37" that fit their taste, with a new television stand.
These two televisions are a new addition to the family's Christmas celebration. Darrell "Lucky" was able to help them find those two televisions in a short amount of time. John said that he would definitely recommend shopping at Gallery Furniture to friends and family. He didn't stop at any other furniture store simply for the fact that Gallery Furniture offers the best customer service.
John mentioned that Gallery Furniture will do anything that will make the customers happy. He said that his overall shopping experience was excellent. Last time he stepped into Gallery Furniture, he bought a desk for his office. There were a few minor scratches after he loaded the furniture into his own vehicle. After he noticed the scratches, he was able to bring that desk back to the store for a complete refurbishing. He mentioned that the floor manager was standing right there and made sure that everything was going smoothly which was impressive to him.
Currently, John is working on his MBA and said that in his business classes, Gallery Furniture was mentioned as a store that has excellent customer service. Customer service is what took a small furniture store 25 years ago to Houston's number one furniture store located on 6006 I45 between Tidwell and Parker!
