Well Marlene, her son Jonah, and her mother Elaine stopped by Gallery Furniture today and had an experience they wont forget. They walked in and had a salesperson greet them but wanted to look around. The salesperson was Andrea and she let them walk around with no hassle. Marlene's parents first shopped here 20 years. Her husband is overseas in China working on a big business project. They recently upgraded to a larger home to have more space for the combining of their home and Marlene's mother Elaine. She came in and bought a sectional for their new family room. But the main reason Marlene really came here was because of her mother. She saw a Gallery Furniture commercial with Mattress Mack talking about lift chairs. He mentioned the assistance it gives to elderly people and how it makes a more convenient way for them to relax without hurting when they get up. She came in and had salesperson Andrea and Manager Greg assist her. Greg showed her mother how to use the chairs step by step making sure that she knew how to use it properly. Marlene was extremely grateful with the help her and her family received from Gallery Furniture and the staff.
