At Gallery Furniture, the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! I just received this letter from an excited customer who bought his furniture at Gallery Furniture!
Dear Mattress Mack,
This letter will memorialize my comments to you regarding this outstanding, superior, and extraordinary products and services of Gallery Furniture. The purchase I made yesterday is even more EXTRAORDINARY by the fact that I never entered the showroom as I've always done in the past. Your staff sold me sight unseen the Palomino Captain's Bed for my son. It was everything I wanted and expected. Even the additions suggested by the staff were necessary components and complemented the furniture to a greater degree. Your staff was KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST, ETHICAL, and EXTREMELY COMPETENT, as they have always been with my family. Your employees are a walking endorsement of everything you have worked so hard to achieve in this community. Nothing short of "WOW" can applicably describe my satisfaction with you and your company after six separate purchases spread out over a three-year period.
In a day and age where customer satisfaction is at an all time low, you have raised the bar in the retail industry so high that it is DOUBTFUL ANYONE CAN COMPETE with, much less surpass the overall quality Gallery Furniture renders in terms of price, service, and overall customer satisfaction. You have earned your reputation and success and now all you can do is strive to better it - if that is possible.
I would like to mention the extra effort of Alex and Francisco - the two young men who made the delivery to my home. Polite, attentive, and competent are just some of the words that spring to mind when describing these two fine young men. Enclosed, you may use my comments as you see fit. This letter was unsolicited, however you have indeed IMPRESSED ME ONCE AGAIN. Just when I thought I could not be impressed further in the retail sales industry.
