Everyday customers are telling me how GREAT their Tempur-Pedic sleep sets are!
Recently I had lunch with the CFO of a local school district. He told me he bought a Tempur-Pedic sleep set from Gallery Furniture about 6 months ago. I said, "Gee, how do you like it Danny? He said, "Let me tell you something. I had a very nice, expensive inner spring mattress before and my hip kept hurting and hurting! I was at the point were I was going to have to have an operation! Desperate as I was, I heard your commercial about Tempur-Pedic and how they alleviated aches and pains. I came down to Gallery Furniture and bought the top of the line Tempur-Pedic. I have NEVER slept better since! NO hip ache anymore, NO hip operation! Thank you Tempur-Pedic, you saved my hip!

I SO wish I would have understood what you were talking about when you speak of BACK ORDERING from other furniture stores! We were in the middle of a back ordering nightmare with one of your competitors, going on 6 months now! After 6 months we still don't have our furniture, I wish we would have come to you! We went to Gallery Furniture and bought our furnituretoday and had it delivered that night! If I can appear on a commercial and help you any way with my story, I would be happy to!
Mattress Mack here from Gallery Furniture where the customers are ALWAYS right! I recently got this email and it said:

Just wanted to drop a note to share with you our experience last night at Gallery Furniture. As a background I need to say that I first visited Gallery Furniture 15 to 20 years ago. Unfortunately I was very turned off by what I felt because of the high pressure salespeople and haven't been back for 15 to 20 years! Until today, when my husband and I went shopping for bedroom furniture. Henry, my husband, had talked me into going to Gallery Furniture.

First, your salespersonVon assisted us with purchasing in an exceptionally professional manner with NO PRESSURE! All the while making us feel like our business is more important to him and Gallery Furniture. He knew we were shopping and interested in a bedroom set of another store but he NEVER disrespected the competition, something we truly respect and which would have been a deal-breaker had it gone that way. We were leaning towards the other store's furniture set, but because Von was so GREAT at the end of the day, he made it work for us and made sure you were true to your commercials, "BUY IT TODAY, DELIVER TONIGHT!"
Our positive experience didn't stop when we left the store! At 11pm last night, as promised, your team, Arturo and Omar, showed up to deliver our bedroom set. My husband and I have bought a lot of furniture in each of our 50 years and we have never been so impressed by a delivery team! Arturo and Omar did everything you hope a delivery team would do! They were prompt, careful with our furniture, the new and existing furniture, careful with our home, the walls, decor, etc., courteous, professional, knowledgeable, complementary, very positive about our purchase and more importantly, positive about working for you at Gallery Furniture! It was apparent to both Arturo and Omar to feel they are part of an organization where they are, for one of a better word, shareholders. Everything they do projects their growth within Gallery Furniture. Also important and impressive, was the fact that they assisted us with repairing a broken piece of furniture, which we had not purchased from Gallery Furniture. They did it so voluntarily and efficiently, they saved us hundreds of dollars! It only took a few minutes of their time at 1am in the morning no less.
We commend you for your team! Somehow you have instilled pride, professionalism and an outstanding work ethic in your employees! We look forward to our next purchase at Gallery Furniture and for Von, Arturo and Omar to assist us. Thank you for your time and best wishes for your continued prosperity!
