Who Wants A Damaged Sofa Delivered?

At Gallery Furniture, it IS and ALWAYS has been about taking care of customers! The other day, some customers came into GF and had bought an expensive leather sofa, loveseat, chair and ottomanUntitled1_copy_2 from one of our competitors about three months ago. As the delivery drivers were bringing their furniture home, they tore the entire back half of the sofa off. The customers were quite dismayed!  The delivery drivers said, "Don't worry about it, somebody will come fix it in a week."

After three months the furniture still had a giant rip and the other store didn't do anything about it. Needless to say they sent their furniture back to the competitor. They came out to GF 4pm on Saturday and bought a leather sofa, loveseat, chair, ottoman, coffee tables, end tables, lamps, pictures and mirrors. Guess what? Their furniture was delivered and setup in perfect harmony and good shape in their home by 7pm!

They called us after their party began that night at 8pm and said, "I can't believe this, our furniture looks great! Thank you GalleryFurniture for hassle-free shopping!" Promises made, promises kept. Out promise to you is to get our customers the best quality furniture at the lowest price and get it in your home right TODAY!

Hear Mack tell the story himself!
